Both our Las Vegas and Scottsdale offices have recently moved to larger locations due to the rapid growth of our company. Las Vegas is home to our highly-rated Customer Service Department, while Scottsdale hosts our Executive, Development, Finance, Accounting, and Marketing Departments.

Soaren Management provides generous allotments of PTO and paid vacation days. Our CEO believes strongly in maintaining work/life balance and that enjoying personal pursuits with family and friends improves our employees’ creativity and productivity.

Soaren provides comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life and accident/illness insurance benefits for full-time employees and their eligible dependents.

All employees, regardless of the number of hours worked per week, are eligible to participate in Soaren’s competitive company-matching 401(k) Savings Plan.

Soaren strongly believes in the training and education of all its employees. We currently offer an education and tuition reimbursable program for all of our employees. This allows our employees to gain training, education, and certifications to better assist their careers and development goals.

Soaren is committed to making a positive impact on our community and strongly encourages our employees to be a part of philanthropic efforts. We run contests, drives, in-person volunteering, and other activities to benefit Arf-Anage Dog Rescue and Shade Tree Women's Shelter.
